Women’s alliance
for the international
women’s day in Hanover

The Hanover Women’s alliance is formed every year due to the international women’s day on March, 8. Through joint coordination, programme arrangement and public relations work, a broad-based performance for women policy and cultural events is attained. Among each other the network concept is strengthened, aims and ways of feministic policy are discussed and new partnerships are initiated. A programme booklet lists the readings, discussion events, lectures, films, workshops and the alliance partner’s celebrations.

The coordination is supported by different organizations like Kulturzentrum Pavillon, Kargah, Verdi, women’s office of the city of Hanover and Intercultural Department.
